The Denver Highlands’ neighborhood is an eclectic mix of Victorian architecture and bungalows. The bustling area of 32nd Ave and Lowell Blvd holds an array of adorable shops, boutiques, restaurants, and a few unique bars. Such fabulous restaurants include Duo, Pasquini’s, Z-Cuisine, Lola, The Coral Room, Vita, and Bang. Highland is currently undergoing a housing revival with the construction of a number of new houses and condos in a variety of architectural styles. Its six recreational parks with youth baseball diamonds, basketball courts, flower beds and picnic benches complement the area small neighborhood ambiance. The geographic boundaries for the Highlands are 38th Ave to the north, Speer blvd and 26th Ave to the south, Sheridan to the west, and Inca to the east. Development continues to thrive in this area due to its close proximity to downtown and vast neighborhood charm.
