Union Station’s Hip New Renovation!
Larimer Associates, the leasing and acquisitions company for Union Station, asked the public what they would like to see happen to this historic and landmark property. The public responded with an overwhelming desire to see Colorado-based businesses opened. They delivered!
Larimer Associates announced that The Kitchen Next Door, Snooze, an A.M. Eatery and a new restaurant and market concept by chef Alex Seidel will be the first major restaurant tenants at Union Station.
These three restaurants, scheduled to open in July 2014, will each feature large patios for outdoor seating, fresh products for their farm-to-table menus, and an energized collaborative spirit to enhance Denver’s food scene.
The restaurants, covering the gambit of morning, afternoon, and evening meals, will help transform Union Station into Denver’s next great dining destination.
The plan for Union Station also includes other locally owned restaurants, retail outlets and a 112 room luxury hotel.
