rnr fb 4If you keep up with me on social media (of course you do), then you have seen these amazing new townhomes that we’re getting ready to launch.  The River North Residences will be built at 34th and Walnut and will feature a type of luxury RiNo hasn’t seen yet.  Five different floorplans ranging from $580-$910K will give buyers a variety of choices in how they want to live.  These residences are bigger than the “normal” townhome size, as they will range from 1,500 to 2,400 square feet.  All but two will have two car garages, most residences will have two or three bedrooms, and two units will have a den (SWEET). The launch party will give prospective buyers a chance to really see what the project is about.  We’ll have renderings, reservation agreements (left blank for you to fill out!), finishes, and everything you’ll want to know about the project. 

The launch party will be held on April 16 from 4-7pm at Meadowlark Kitchen in RiNo (2705 Larimer St).  There will be a DJ, a graffiti artist (and subsequent art giveaway), awesome food, RiNo-quality drinks, and an opportunity to learn everything you can about this project.

The whole RiNo neighborhood has become so much cooler lately.  One notable new business that has opened is The Preservery at Backyard on Blake… a restaurant, bakery, bar, live-music venue, and marketplace all housed in the new building at 31st and Blake.  In fact, please check out www.backyardonblake.com for the whole directory of what’s new in this building.  It rivals The Source – not joking.  Blue Moon will open a new brewery at 1910 38th St, with five acres of entertainment space and room for the brewing company to expand.  It’s almost difficult to keep up with everything in RiNo, but we’re definitely up to the challenge.

Almost every block has an amazing new restaurant, brewery, or a marketing/advertising business, and they all add to the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s walkable, but there’s still plenty of ample parking.  It’s urban, yet close to I-70 for a mountain trip.  I truly love this neighborhood, and I’m so pumped to introduce this new project to you!
