Liz is truly amazing! We first worked with her on the purchase of two rental properties in the Perry Row community back in 2018. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and worked with us every step of the way with the builders. The properties were doing so well and we fell in love with the area so we decided to move to Denver in 2021. We called Liz right away and she found us the perfect home in the Cherry Creek neighborhood. We absolutely love it and, once again, Liz was amazing to work with and we knew that she had our best interests at heart. We continued to do business again with Liz on the purchase of 3 more rental properties in the Allison Park community of Arvada. She was instrumental in making the deals happen with the builders.
