A Special Thank You I feel like a broken record when I think, “WOW this year went by so quickly!!!”-But man… didn’t it?? Once again, the holiday crush and rush is upon us. An entire spin around the sun has occurred, and I’m left to reflect on how fortunate I am to be working in […]

As a realtor, I love my role as “Ambassador of Denver” and all things cool. Staying up on the best places to eat and shop is a labor of love. My newest obsession is LoDo’s Milk Market: an all local, 16 venue mix of take-away and dine-in restaurants and bars located in the historic Dairy Block. […]
It’s no secret that the Denver Performing Arts Complex is a grand structure…it’s an institution in Denver that everyone knows. Recently, Architect Magazine published an article that discusses the renovation of the DPAC, and it’s a great read. If you keep up with me on social media (of course you do), then you have seen these amazing new townhomes that we’re getting ready to launch. Improvements like paint, stain, interior features, etc. are all well within the hands of a homeowner. It becomes a problem when homeowners get in above their well-meaning heads and try to take on […]
LoHi is my favorite neighborhood because it literally has everything, or almost everything. We have amazing restaurants, a cool mixture of different types of housing, eclectic shops, but no super-cool hotels. Until I read this article from the Denver Post, I didn’t actually realize that there were no hotels. Now that I know this it […]
Our team is excited to announce that we’re co-listing the Perry Row at Sloan’s townhome project with Deviree Vallejo from Kentwood City Properties! In the new St. Anthony’s redevelopment at Sloan’s Lake, these will be the only for-sale listings.
One thing I love about Denver is that we are constantly becoming cooler! The newest building to become so much cooler could be the new PBS building. Right now it’s located at 11th and Bannock in the Golden Triangle. The building is pretty non-descript and gray, and blends in with the sidewalk.
