Arapahoe Acres is the first post-World War II residential subdivision listed as a historic district in the National Register of Historic Places. The neighborhood is located between the 2500 to 3000 south blocks of Race, Albion, Ash, Forest and Glencoe. Constructed between 1949 and 1957, it is a community of 124 unique, modern mid- century homes. Broad curving streets combined with Frank Lloyd Wright architecture distinguish this neighborhood from others. For more details check out http://www.arapahoeacres.org/
