As if you needed another reason to love LoHi, here comes one more…  The Avanti Print & Graphics building at 32nd and Pecos is getting a facelift.  Avanti Food & Beverage comes to us from Patrick O’Neill and Brad Arguello, local restaurateurs.  This “new age food court” will feature eight stand-alone restaurants surrounding a communal dining space.  Diners will be able to pick their table, and then tour all eight restaurants, trying small plates from each if they’d like.

Each restaurant will be housed in 8’x20’ shipping containers, complete with state-of-the-art commercial kitchens, of course.  Avanti Food & Beverage is hoping to attract all types of chefs, whether they’re upcoming or experienced.  It will truly be a foodie paradise!  More information may be found here.
