Perry Row at Sloan’s: Timeless Contemporary in Denver, Colorado

contemporary in denverOur team is excited to announce that we’re co-listing the Perry Row at Sloan’s townhome project with Deviree Vallejo from Kentwood City Properties!  In the new St. Anthony’s redevelopment at Sloan’s Lake, these will be the only for-sale listings.

The old St. Anthony’s North hospital building was there for years before it was sold.  The location was killer, with total prime real estate being just south of the lake.  From the hospital you could see the mountains and the city in one view!  Crazy.  So now that it’s been sold and demolished, many new retail and residential spaces are coming in.  A large 396-unit apartment building is nearly complete, and soon after the large retail shops will start construction.  An Alamo Cinema and Draft House will go in, as will a Starbucks, and another branch of Little Man Ice Cream.

A 12-story condo building will also go in, and the views there are sure to be killer.  Dee Chirafisi, Kentwood City Properties’ owner, will be listing them with Matt McNeill and Kevin Garrett of Kentwood City Properties.  NAVA Real Estate Development has a 2.2 acre site on W 17th and Stuart, where the condo tower will be.  The tower will be multi-leveled, and will include tiers of stories within the building, so although they’ll have killer views, they won’t block anyone else’s killer view.

Our project will be between W Conejos Pl., W 16th Ave, Quitman, and Perry Streets.  Designed by Sprocket Design Build, these brownstones may be best described as timeless contemporary.  They didn’t want them to be too modern for the area, but not too traditional, either.  They will definitely be a super cool addition to the area, and are sure to be in high demand.  There will be 64 units total between two phases.  Some of them will have private yards and all of them will have rooftop decks.  Views will be either of the mountains, the lake, or downtown – how could you go wrong??
